Hello and welcome to Stick New York City! StickNYC has recently hosted its first major Stick Seminar this past April’07. We had a blast! Here you will find reports and pictures outlining the events that occurred in conjunction with the seminar. An outstanding total of 26 Stickists attended the event. It was great to see old friends and make new ones. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of those who were present, including instructors Greg Howard and Steve Adelson, special guest Pete Beggs, and all of the students who came from close and afar. I would also like to thank our technical advisor Carlos Rodriguez, for his facilitation and documentation of our School Visitation, Seminar and Stick Night venues.
There is strong interest in making StickNYC a local Chapman Stick Club. If you are interested in being a part of this exciting initiative, contact Tony at Tony@sticknyc.com with suggestions that you may have. We can take this proposal in any direction! All ideas, concepts and levels of support are welcome.
